Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cohesiveness on the sustainability of the Mapalus Rumah organization by considering the role of women as key actors in strengthening shared values. This research applies a qualitative approach and uses a case study method involving five female respondents who are members of Mapalus Rumah in Southeast Minahasa. The research findings indicate that cohesiveness in an organization built on cooperation, mutual assistance, trust, solidarity, and gender equality can increase member participation and strengthen the organization's sustainability. Women function as communication drivers, guardians of group agreements, and agents of cultural preservation. High cohesiveness has been proven to support the achievement of shared goals, family welfare, and the continuity of Mapalus Rumah culture amidst social transformation in society
